Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@adventuretravel.click and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
